Snugharborkats was established in 1990. 

 

I started out with white Persians and still have a weakness for them. 

My first real show cat was Misty Magic's Fantasy of Snugharborkats,

 she is a copper eyed white and is the Queen of my household today. 

She made sixth Best in the region and was 36th Inter-American. 

She got the ball rolling and I have been at it ever since.

I have shown and granded several Persians, Misty Magic Melody of Snugharborkats was my second National winner. 

She was Eighth Best Inter-American cat and Best Cat in the region.

Misty Magic's Fantasy of Snugharborkats

 

I have gone on to show and grand several Persians of my own breeding.

 

I became fascinated with the Exotics in 2000 and decided to give them a try.

A friend was kind enough to trade me a Persian male for an Exotic male.

I brought Wanda-Hars You Are My Valentine home and started my exotic program.

My very first Exotic kitten was Snugharborkats Joe Boxer. 

He went on to become a Quad Grand Champion and an Inter-American winner.

He has taken his fathers place as lead stud male. 

He has produced some wonderful kittens for me.

My cats are home raised and my females all run the house. 

My males have a patio area where they all have time to run and are caged at night.

Boys will be boys.

I have a small cattery with a limited number of cats. 

I will never let myself get too many cats to where I cannot spend quality time with each and every one of my cats.
